It’s a well-known fact that Courtney Stodden can’t get enough of stripper shoes. So I guess you could say it’s a natural progression for the fame-hungry reality TV star (of sort) to finally come up with her own footwear line offering nothing but fancy (and I don’t mean that in a good way) sky-high platform heels that look like they came straight out of a candy store. Yep, Courtney Stodden is now a “shoe designer”. She teamed up with Primo Fashion for this little project, and the shoes are exclusively distributed by the company through their website.
Here’s a sneak peek at the kind of heels you will find from the Courtney Stodden collection. The shoes are covered in rhinestones and whatnot. And to make them even more, er, dramatic, butterflies and bows are added as finishing touches.

Sorry, I can’t appreciate all the frou-frou. In fact, I can’t even begin to understand why they’re even priced on the high side. Each pair will cost you between £175 to £375 or $285 to $610 depending on the style. That’s not exactly peanuts. For that amount, I’d go get me some MICHAEL Michael Kors or some Schutz.

Jean Claude Van Damme Shoes in Epic Split for Volvo
Have you seen Jean Claude Van Damme’s Volvo ad? The former action star sure still has got some serious skills. Or maybe it’s just the precision of those two Volvo trucks and their very skilled drivers. What do you think? Check out the video below and give me your answer.
I’m sure it’s the former. Jean Claude Van Damme looks like a guy who still works out and keeps a healthy lifestyle despite his age. He showed that his proficiency for martial arts has not waned when he performed a few kicks at the photocall of his last movie, The Expendables 2, in Madrid last year. And what kind of shoes does a guy like Van Damme wear to keep himself comfortable while he moves around and kicks around?
Well, thanks to these pictures, I found out he wears shoes from Baldinini. They actually look like derby shoes, don’t they? Although as far as I know, Derby shoes have shoelaces. The reason for my hunch is that Derby shoes were once used as combat shoes during the Prussian war, so I can’t help but reference to that information when I look at Van Damme here, since he would need some really comfortable footwear to be able to perform his stunts while decked in a dapper outfit.
Anyway, I looked up his Baldinini kicks online and found out that they’re actually a pair of ankle boots instead of derby shoes (although the brand also offers Derby shoes if you’re interested). These retail at €400 a pair. If you’re thinking of gifting your guy with shoes this Christmas, why not order these instead?
Now here’s another thought that crossed my mind while doing this article — if Jean Claude Van Damme felt comfortable kicking and jumping in these shoes, then maybe the heels from their women’s line are just as comfy. Would you agree?
Their boots and pumps are actually quite fashionable so I wouldn’t mind buying them if I had the moolah. Allow me to show you several styles that are worth snagging:

Sadly, they are quite pricey. But I honestly think if you have the cash, invest in a pair because I get the feeling these shoes will last a lifetime. I was practically rolling on the floor laughing when I watched it.

Will You or Will You NOT Wear the Privileged "Wagner" Pumps?
When it comes to shoes, how bold can you go, and how bright?
If you’re into festive prints that remind of summer, then check out one of the latest styles to hit the store shelves this month — the “Wagner” pumps from Privileged. These shoes are what some may call pump-and-bootie hybrids. Besides the really catchy printed uppers, they feature metal caps at the toes, cutouts on the vamp of each shoe, and fasteners that wrap around the heels and ankles. They also feature 5-inch tall angular metallic heels for a more polished effect.
Simply put, these “Wagner” pumps have some serious flash factor, would you agree? I can’t say they’re fly, but that’s because of personal preference. What about you, will you wear these heels? And how would you wear them?
They say in fashion, nothing is ugly. It’s all a matter of how your wear a certain piece (or more precisely, what you wear it with). So do you think you can rock these pointy stilettos and make them look super chic?

Olivia Palermo Is On-Point in Aquazzura "Beverly Hills" Sandals
One of the famous faces I love to stalk on a regular basis is Olivia Palermo. I’m not alone of course. Thousands, if not millions of fashion-loving women follow the socialite’s sartorial escapades online. I can’t help it, really. She oozes a certain kind of grace and effortlessly chic style that is simply fascinating. Sometimes, when I think of what to wear, I actually find myself asking: what would Olivia wear if she were in my place? She’s such a pro at mixing and matching that I’m sure she’ll be able to cook up something even with my limited wardrobe.
Anyway, enough of me; let’s talk more about Olivia. The New Yorker was spotted attending a Furla event in Tokyo recently. For the occasion, Olivia wore leather separates and paired them with a dark blue fur vest. She then completed the look with a two-tone purse from Furla, and a pair of gold lace-up sandals. The combination was spot-on per usual.
Olivia wore these ultra feminine heels from Aquazzura. They’re called the “Beverly Hills” and she actually has them in practically every color. The sandals feature interwoven lace-ups at the front of each shoe, and 3 to 4-inch tall self-covered heels (they’re available in two heel heights). They’re not exactly classic, but they go with just about any outfit. Here’s a closer look for you:

Leave it to Kim K. to always rock what’s in-season. The reality TV star was spotted sporting fall’s “it” coat while out and about in New York recently. The piece was oversized and it was colored in cotton candy. She wore the topper over an all-white outfit and finished the ensemble with a pair of strappy sandals in the same sorbet hue.

Sure, she looks a little large with the coat on, but the mix is chic, and I’m such a sucker for pastels so she (or specifically, the coat) had me at first glance. By the way, notice her no-make-up look?
All of us are used to seeing Kim with a thick layer of make-up (plus falsies), but ever since she hooked up with Kanye and gave birth, she has been keeping it low-key. I’m seriously starting to think motherhood is making Kim more grounded. Or could it be Kanye’s doing? What do you think?
Now back to Kim’s strappy sandals. I made a quick search on the WWW and found out that they’re from Gianvito Rossi. They feature stitched leather bands that criss cross and thick ankle cuffs that fasten with buckled straps.
They’re really expensive too. I found the white version at an online store based in Europe and they retail for a hefty $850 (excluding duties and shipping). I’m thinking, with that amount, I can buy several pairs of shoes already so why bother grabbing them?
Here’s an alternative that will work just find with me. This is a new style from GUESS, and I really like how versatile it looks. It doesn’t come in coral, but I like how this pair can go both ways — whether casual or dressy. And the clincher is that it retails at an affordable $130 with FREE shipping.

I’m usually amazed at the way celebrity moms shrink to their former size as soon as they give birth. From Kate Hudson to Jessica Alba, and Beyonce to Kim Kardashian, it’s like these Hollywood women have a secret to rapid weight loss that we clearly don’t know about. Or maybe it’s just genes. What do you think?
Nah. I highly doubt it’s because of genetics. But I do think they take great measures, and I mean immensely great measures, to shed those unwanted pounds and be as sexy as before. Take for example, celebrity shoe designer Fergie. The Black Eyed Peas vocalist was spotted attending her sister’s baby shower early this month, and she simply looked uh-mazing! It’s like she was never even preggers.
For the occasion, the new mom rocked a pretty dress from M Missoni and finished it with reddish cap-toe pumps from her very own shoe line — the Fergie “Podium” Pumps. The color of her stilettos complemented the dress nicely, and she wore it with some Tom Ford sunnies and a Givenchy clutch.
Here’s a closer look at Fergie’s Podium pumps. They’re almost like your everyday classic pumps, except not quite either. They feature silver caps at the pointed toes, 4-inch tall heels, and cuff details (or should I say, collar?) on the back of the shoes. Lady Gaga in Glittered Pumps, Steal Her Shoes for Less!
Did you catch Lady Gaga’s stint on SNL?
You know, if she wasn’t such a talented singer and songwriter, I think she could have made a really great career out of hosting a show like Saturday Night Live. Would you agree?
Anyways, as soon she finished her appearance on the show, the popstar was spotted heading to the SNL after-party. As usual, she made it a point to catch everyone’s attention by wearing a very revealing black mesh-detailed glittery dress that had some serious feather add-ons around the neck. The dress was really short and it highlighted her gams. I thought she was going to pull an all-out spectacle by pairing the frock with some monstrous footwear, but alas, I was wrong.
Guess why? Well, Lady Gaga kept her feet elegantly wrapped in a pair of crystal-embellished pointy pumps. Who’d have thought?!
The shoes didn’t have platforms either — which was so very unlike her. Suffice to say, I found her choice of footwear really unexpected and I give her props for that. I tried looking for her shiny stilettos online, but could not find any information. Well, not yet anyway. However, my hunch is that they’re these ultra exquisite heels from Sergio Rossi.
O-M-G. Aren’t they beautiful? Sooo seriously divine. Would you agree?
They come with 4-inch tall pin-thin heels and are bedecked with Swarovski crystals all over. Sadly, these designer pumps are also quite expensive. They retail at a whopping $2500 a pair — not exactly within my budget.
However, thanks to Betsey Johnson, I can rock me some glittered pumps this holiday season too. Check out the Betsey Johnson “Shine”. These are just as dazzling but certainly not as expensive. A pair will only set you back an affordable $139!

Britney Spears in Gold Giuseppe Zanotti Heels for "Work Bitch" Video
By now, you should have already seen Britney Spears’ “Work Bitch” video. I’m not really a fan of the song, but the beat gets you pumping adrenaline. And I don’t know if you agree with me, but I kind of appreciate the way the lyrics empower and push women to, well, work; to make a living if they want to buy nice things, and not depend on a sugar daddy. It’s a nice message.
In case you didn’t notice, Brit-Brit wore a LOT of shoes in the video. You can’t miss those glittered platform heels from Christian Louboutin. They were the first ones I noticed. And then as you go along, you will see her in a few more designer shoes. I noticed that she wore these gold Giuseppe Zanotti pumps while doing the “sitting on the table” scene.
Like?
Yes, they’re super sleek, and I love the liquid gold effect. I also love the really sexy silhouette. The vamps on these shoes are much lowered to help elongate the legs. The pointed toes are also very flattering to wear.
She wore a couple of other Giuseppe Zanotti styles in the video (studded sneakers and leopard print cap-toe pumps), but I say these gold stilettos are the most glam. I actually prefer them over the crystallized Christian Louboutin platform pumps.
You may have to to teeter in these shoes, though, because they’re really high. The cone-shaped heels are about 4.25 inches tall and there are no platforms to lessen the strain on your feet. Can you handle that?

The Victoria Secret Fashion Show took place yesterday. I’m a little bummed that I won’t be seeing it until it airs on December 10, but snapshots are abundant online so I immediately looked them up. Strangely, the person that got my undivided attention was NOT a model. It was Taylor Swift!
Taylor Swift performed several times at the event. You can actually catch a snippet of one of her performances on YouTube. Onstage she wore a dazzling dress full of sparkles, but it was the frock that she slipped into for the Victoria Secret pink carpet that really made my smile.
You see, Taylor arrived in a stunning black mini from Zuhair Murad that was sprinkled with multicolored sequins all over. She finished the outfit with sleek-straight tresses and a pair of sexy sandals from Dolce & Gabbana that were detailed with glittery ankle straps.
I seriously love the whole look she put together. Don’t you? It’s feminine, sexy, fierce, and all grown-up — certainly a far cry from the goody-two-shoes Taylor I used to know (or we all used to know).
To be honest, I actually prefer this new Taylor. She’s more real, and less princess-like. I also like the fact that she’s showing her sexy side more often.
Speaking of which, how about we copy her outfit for the holiday season? There will be lots of parties to go to, so you will need all the “ammunition” you can get.

Kourtney Kardashian Rocks the Chloe Susanna Studded Boots
Of the three sisters, I seriously think Kourtney is the most fashionable. Kim is the prettiest, but Kourtney gets my vote for being the chicest. Would you agree?
She never fails to cook up a well-put-together outfit, even if it’s a really casual one. In fact, I have yet to see her in something sloppy.
Like her sisters, Kourt is a big fan of designer shoes — Christian Louboutin, Giuseppe Zanotti, Casadei, you name it. I know for a fact that they don’t share shoes, even if it looks like it. All three siblings have different shoe sizes so sharing is completely impossible.
Speaking of shoes, I am loving Kourtney’s latest pair – the Chloe Susanna Studded Boots. The style is a celebrity favorite. I’ve seen a lot of famous personalities wear the Susanna — to name a few, Miranda Kerr, Sienna Miller, Mandy Moore, Ashley Tisdale, Ashley Greene, and the list goes on.
As for Kourt, well, she wore her boots last week, and then again yesterday. She first rocked them with skinnies, a sweater, and a hat (as seen above). And then yesterday, she channeled tomboy chic by pairing the boots with a loose tee and boyfriend jeans that were folded up at the ankles. On both occasions, she looked chic and effortless.
Do you like Kourtney’s new boots?
I do too. Sadly, they are pretty pricey. I’m not really sure if I’ll ever be able to afford a pair, but I do enjoy looking at them.
The Chloe Susanna Studded Boots retail at a whopping $1345. I know, it’s ridiculous. But if boots had an “IT” shoe, the Susanna would be it. And honestly, I can actually understand the fascination. They’re simply gorgeous! They’re edgy, sophisticated, luxe, and really cool.
The boots are obviously Western inspired, but they look really polished and that’s what I like most about them. There are gold studs all over; and then of course, you definitely won’t miss the three buckled straps that are detailed with gold plates at the tips.
If money grew on trees, I’d buy myself several pairs — probably one in every neutral and classic color. Would you do the same?

Jeans that are made for walking!
Denim has been utilized as a material in the production of accessories, clothing, furniture, and vehicles. For decades, it has absolutely not faded. Even if it is a usual and very familiar material, it still gives any sort of products a unique look even if it’s worn by employees or fashion models. There’s no wonder why the earliest release of the jeans sandals by Danielle Katz have become very popular in the mass and social media.
Danielle Katz, a 29 year old fashion designer, came up with the concept of her jeans sandals collection while she was searching in her closet and finding a pair of her old favorite jeans. A successful fund raising of more than $20,000 will allow Dani K. and her partners to offer even more sizes as well as additional styles that could turn heads.
Dani.K jeans sandals are made from 100% indigo denim fabric. They are specifically woven for the product and even washed with precision to guarantee that they get the vintage look. The footwear collection has a TPR sole or Thermo Plastic Rubber sole. This means that it’s as flexible as a typical leather sole, but more durable. These jeans sandals’ features include animal-friendly or non-leather brand label, usable pockets, and interior brand name print and high quality custom accessories.
